Step 1 Raw Material Selection
High-grade stainless steel billets or round bars are selected according to the required grade, size, and application standards.
Step 2 Heating Process
The stainless steel billet is heated at a high temperature in a furnace to make the material soft and workable for pipe formation.
Step 3 Rotary Piercing
The heated billet is pierced using a rotary piercing machine to create a hollow shell. This is the primary step in producing seamless pipes.
